These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and purchase from the Logident website. By using our site or purchasing the Exocad 3.2 Elefsina 2025 license, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital Product License & Delivery

  • Product Description: You are purchasing a license key for Exocad 3.2 Elefsina 2025 (desktop version for Windows) with all modules active. Logident is an authorized reseller.
  • Delivery Method: Digital delivery via Google Drive link (installation setup + documentation) and a separate activation key sent to your email.
  • No Physical Shipment: No physical items will be shipped.
  • Permanent License: The license does not expire. It is not a subscription.
  • Computer Changes: You may transfer the activation key to a new computer at no extra cost.

2. Warranty & Meeting Support

  • 1-Year Warranty: Logident warrants that the license validity and activation will function for 12 months from the date of purchase. If anything fails on our side within that period, we will fix it or replace the license.
  • Meeting Support: If you encounter any obstacle during installation or activation, we will schedule a live screen-share meeting to resolve it at no extra charge.
  • Limitation: The warranty does not cover issues caused by your hardware, operating system, modifications, or misuse.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • 14-Day Refund: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if the activation key has not been used. Once the key is activated, no refunds will be issued.
  • No Refunds for Used Keys: If you have successfully activated the software, the sale is final.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the activation key or Google Drive link.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS 1-YEAR WARRANTY ABOVE, LOGIDENT PROVIDES THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGIDENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR LABOR COSTS) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logident from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the software.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Morocco . Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or small claims court in Morocco.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or product after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review periodically.
